Innovative Coastal-Ocean Observing Network
This NOPP-funded project retrieves coastal oceanographic data in near-real time and assimilates the data into coastal models. The acquisition network included moorings, acoustic tomography, satellite temperature and color, HF radar, and shipboard surveys. NPS, MBARI, CSUMB, Hobi Labs, and 4 other partners. .
