Memorandum of Agreement Signatories
CeNCOOS partners contribute to our efforts by signing our Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).  Signed partners (Parties) have a number of obligations and privileges, including the right to nominate and vote for the Governance Council.
Governance Council
CeNCOOS Partners elect the Governance Council for a one-year term, providing overall guidance to the Regional Ocean System Coordinator, Heather Kerkering. Previously, the Steering Committee provided overall guidance and oversaw the coordination grant proposal submitted to NOAA's Coastal Services Center.
The Council meets quarterly to discuss the structure and vision of CeNCOOS. To date, the Council has created the following:
