  • Sign the Memorandum of Agreement
    CeNCOOS partners can show their support and contribute to our efforts by signing our Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). Signed partners (parties) have a number of obligations and privileges, including the right to nominate and vote for the Council. The MOA will be open for signatures until November 21, 2007
    - parties can nominate and vote.
    - The CeNCOOS Council will add 5 new members by January 15, 2007.

    - An invitation to sign the MOA with a description of CeNCOOS, party Benefits, Council Composition and Obligations
