Free Marine Geospatial Workshop Opportunity

COAST-CSUMB will be hosting a Marine Geospatial Workshop at CSUMB March 19-21, 2015

This FREE workshop will focus on marine geospatial data collection and statistical analysis and application to biological and ecological research questions. Training in the use of advanced geospatial technologies (e.g. LIDAR, survey grade GPS) will be provided. The workshop will be led by Dr. Corey Garza and Mr. Dan Orr of CSU Monterey Bay and Dr. Shannon Bros-Seaman of SJSU. 

Academic faculty members from any higher learning institution, their students, and staff of state and federal agencies and non-profit organizations with a presence in California are invited to participate. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis and will be limited to two participants from any single organization or school. Students may not attend without their faculty advisor.
